How to move and travel in Croatia
Crossing Croatia...
|
The country is easily reachable by every sort of transport: it’s well connected with all European capitals by flights and also by train. Equally easy to reach is by car: the condition of the road network is very good and the motorway is easy for the travel and the rest stop.
Croatia is extremely easily reachable from Italy: lots of ferries sail from Ancona, Bari and Trieste.
Regarding the “national moves”, are available several flights to the main cities. For moving between them, is also recommended the so efficient train service (remind that it’s not available to Dubrovnik).
As much good is the bus service, crossing every side of the country.
These’s also a local ferry line that connects the country to the principal islands like Brac, Cres, Dugi, Otok, Hvar, Iz, Losini, Pag, Pasman, Rab, Solta, Uglijan and Vis.
The first Croatian sailing company is called Jadrolinija.
If you want to rent a car, it’s enough to show your international driving licence.
